Marketing Coordinator - 1 day a week onsite!

Corporate and medical device client is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to work with their team. This is a 40 hour/week, ongoing freelance opportunity. This role does require 1 day/week of on-site work and additional days on an as needed basis.

The ideal candidate is an expert in smartsheet and excel. You have a passion and understanding for event coordination and logistics and are highly detail oriented!

-Support the marketing team in coordinating projects and initiatives
-Responsible for creating purchase orders, vendor setups, and tracking and payment of invoices
-Assist in measuring performance of marketing programs and campaigns
-Provide real-time tracking, fulfillment, and submissions of sales contests and marketing programs
-Assist in the execution of Events with including shipping/receiving/tracking orders, inventory management and more
-Creates newsletters/communications to cross-functional teams
-Additional duties as assigned

-Bachelor's Degree required
-1+ year of relevant experience
-Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Smartsheet
-Experience in event coordination highly preferred
-On-site work (minimum 1 day/week) is required
-PC computer will be provided
