Our globally recognized gaming client is looking for a Project Coordinator with a focus on UI/UX projects to assist their team on a 6-8 month contract role. This is a 40 hr/week, onsite role in Woodland Hills.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, has experience in a Producer/Project Management role and is passionate about gaming.

PROJECT COORDINATOR DUTIES:
-Provide hands-on support to teams including maintaining milestone schedules, tracking features and content status and communicating team progress, coordinating playtests, taking notes, updating schedules, and sending out studio-wide communications to report team progress
-Assist in task and bug tracking and management through our internal tools
-Facilitate communication across development teams and external partners
-Find opportunities to help your team focus on doing what they do best
-Help improve games better by participating in internal playtests and communicating feedback to the relevant stakeholders

PROJECT COORDINATOR REQUIREMENTS:
-1+ year of experience in game, film or technical development
-Desire to pursue a career in game production
-Excellent project management skills (scheduling, tracking and reporting)
-Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
-Experience with Jira, Confluence, Shotgun, Microsoft Project preferred
-Precious experience as a Producer/Project Manager preferred
-Must be passionate about gaming
