CPG, beverage client is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to work with their team. This is a fully remote, 20+ hour/week, opportunity. This has the potential for full-time conversion for the right person. Ideally this person is local to Los Angeles.
The ideal candidate is well versed in performance based social + media campaigns. You have agency experience working on CPG and start-up brands.
PERFORMANCE MARKETING MANAGER DUTIES:
+Drive acquisition channel performance to meet new customer and revenue targets
+Implement tactical improvements to meet ROI and CPA objectives
+Manage ads on Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Paid Search, YouTube, and more
+Work with internal design team to develop new ad assets that can be used across various media channels
+Analyze, identify, and target key audiences across multiple platforms
+Additional duties as requested
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
+Bachelors Degree
+Minimum 2 years experience in performance marketing
+Start-up, CPG and agency experience preferred
+Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data
+Proficient in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Shopify Plus and Google Analytics
+Strong understanding of SEO and CRO best practices
+Must have own computer and programs
