Our retail client is seeking a SOCIAL MEDIA AND INFLUENCER MANAGER to join their team!

This is a 40 hour/week freelance position with the opportunity for direct hire.

The ideal SOCIAL MEDIA AND INFLUENCER MANAGER candidate has experience managing social media and influencers for a fashion brand, has a strong personal sense of style, and is comfortable working a hybrid schedule- 3x/week in Irvine, CA office.

Establish a strategic vision for all social channels and KPIs to measure success
Partner with creative team to deliver relevant and engaging content on each platform within each medium
Bring innovation to the brand using new channels and platforms
Get company off the ground with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook & Pinterest
Work with the Business Intelligence team to establish metrics that tie back to web visits and conversion
Plan and execute 1x 2x per day on Facebook, Instagram and develop an appropriate post cadence for TikTok and Pinterest and any other social tools
Produce video and stills on a regular basis for Stories and Wall content
Manage budget for sponsored content and boosts to grow audience and engagement
Assist community manager by responding within 24 hrs to consumer comments, questions, feedback on both paid and organic posts
Work closely with the other managers to create an environment of curiosity, inclusion, test-and-learn throughout the organization.
Manage social ambassadors and influencers, current and prospects
Lead community engagement and manage companys influencer community (women age 30+) for content creation partnerships and programs through GRIN platform.
Affiliate onboarding and outreach: evaluate and monitor existing affiliate partners to optimize performance, add net new affiliates and mega influencers to scale
Oversee budgets, invoicing and payments for partnerships

3+ years of experience in managing social media channels leveraging data and insights to develop content, drive follower acquisition and engagement experience in e-commerce and fashion is a plus.
Experience working with a project management tool, Notion preferred
Learning and innovation mindset is key.
Extensive knowledge in social media channels such a Instagram, Tiktok, Pinterest, Facebook and emerging platforms.
Experience in building, executing and measuring social media content and campaigns and building community engagement.
Experience in working in matrix teams and organizations
Experience in establishing campaign strategy and briefing creative requests.
Knowledge for consumers, social trends, with a demonstrated experience utilizing data-driven insights, industry trends and consumer research to drive actionable insights to inform marketing strategy and improve the consumer experience
Experience in leading and communication, with demonstrated talent at building collaborative partnerships with other cross-functional teams
Experience managing multiple campaigns at the same time, and working with many different internal and external teams to ensure we are launching our programs seamlessly, and to the highest impact.
