Our agency client needs an Account Manager to join its team full time this spring.

The Account Manager will be responsible for leading directing and coordinating all aspects of client engagements and campaign work for between.

Account Manager Duties & Responsibilities:
• Know client growth objectives and deliver creative solutions to meet and exceed them
• Be the owner of a set of key client relationships (likely 7-8 clients) and work with care to deliver tremendous service and results
• Communicate with care, clarity, and consistency to client team, internal team and external partners
• Organize and be held accountable for delivering the client marketing project plans
• Create & deliver quarterly campaign briefs
• Real time knowledge and monthly formal reporting of marketing metrics including client KPIs
• Lead weekly client check-in calls and coordinate updates internally and externally
• Attend key client functions, partner events, quarterly meetings, and other critical events

Account Manager Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience
• Account management agency experience required, or similar client-facing experience at an agency
• Experience balancing workloads with many clients and types of projects at once
