Leading travel company is seeking a Paid Media Specialist.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the digital advertising team with strategic execution of paid display, social and video campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have previous hands-on platform experience, be organized, flexible, curious, innovative, and adaptable with ability to multitask.

Job Responsibilities:
Large scale paid display, social and video platforms campaign planning and agency execution oversight including campaign structure, testing, budget allocations by tactic, timelines, audience monitoring, asset gathering & distribution, attribution verification and analysis creative approvals, and performance insights
Provide support with ad trafficking, deal negotiations and setups, troubleshooting and operational programmatic tasks
Establish processes ensuring error free agency executions and efficient internal communication
Frequent ad hoc and structured analysis including creative performance, testing insights and recommendations, pacing against budgets and goals, weekly and monthly reporting
Implement cross functional communication through Microsoft Planner to gather, disperse and coordinate pre-launch campaign asset approvals
Deliver advanced concepts and opportunities in a clear and concise manner to a wide range of audience
Leverage understanding of how the platform algorithms work and how this impact buying models in relation to business objectives
Use best practices and monitor trends in display media marketing to best build and convert a digital audience
Serve as a first-tier troubleshooter and escalation point for creative assets related issues
Monitor functionality of all creative on multiple operating systems and mobile
Work closely with display strategist for cross-channel alignment and strategy
Work with an analyst to develop detailed performance reports

Job Requirements:
2-3 years hands-on platform experience
Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Editor
Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and paid ad deployments
Direct response background and thorough understanding of conversion campaigns
Some experience with analytics platforms (Adobe and Google Analytics)
Familiarity with product feed driven executions, preferably through an FMP
Proficient in MS Excel, basic SQL knowledge is a plus
Experience with web analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) is preferred
Strong communication skills (written + verbal)
Must be adept at prioritizing, following, and keeping track of multiple requests while clearly communicating progress to all parties involved
Self-starter, yet a team player, with a strong work ethic, and a strong desire to learn.
Highly detail oriented and organized
Previous experience in marketing for travel services is a plus
