Leading DTC eCommerce Company is seeking a Graphic Designer / Photo Editor to work with their team! This is an exciting full time opportunity. Fully remote for now but preference is candidates local to LA and comfortable with a commute to South Bay for return to office (TBD).

The ideal candidate will have either direct / indirect experience managing / mentoring a team of junior designers. We're looking for someone with an editorial aesthetic that would lend well towards home furniture / interiors.

Graphic Designer / Photo Editor Responsibilities:
-oversee a small team of junior designers
-coordinate projects and oversee asset handoff
-train other designers on advanced tasks (ordering samples, web image & production file hand offs)
-create mood boards with guided direction from manager
-create images ready for web & production-ready files for printing

Graphic Designer / Photo Editor Requirements:
-3+ years of Graphic Design experience (DTC preferred)
-Expert knowledge of Photoshop
-Strong color correction skills a must
-Working knowledge of web assets (color modes, specifications)
-Understanding of color theory and ability to color match
-Experience managing / mentoring a junior team of designers
