Agency is seeking an Associate Creative Director to work on an education related client. This assignment will be 20 to 30 hours per week, and ideally will be 3 to 4 months, but will trial for 3-4 weeks to ensure fit before committing to full length assignment.

Associate Creative Director Duties:
- Work closely with the Creative Director and CCO to evaluate and strategize opportunities for the brand and specific tracks of work.
- Champion and guide the execution of existing brand strategy and vision across internal working teams and client-side creative teams.
- Evolve and strengthen the brand and product narrative across all creative.
- Lead creative teams in the concept and execution of brand and product-focused campaign work across touch points including OOH, video, display ads, social, and marketing pages.
- Provide clear feedback to push creative concepts and execution forward.
- Work closely with the internal and client site product teams to ensure holistic execution of the brand strategy and vision across marketing and product design work.
- Serve as the liaison between Client and internal teams.
- Work closely with marketing and brand strategy teams to craft and refine creative briefs.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience at an advertising agency or an in house creative department with specific experience leading brand redesigns and launches.
- Extensive experience working within the digital landscape, driving narrative for digital platforms and being part of the strategic process.
- Creative, out-of-the box visionary, capable of bringing forth ideas and concepts that deliver strong results who continues to raise the bar on quality and innovation.
- A passion for working in the Technology and Culture space.
- Good understanding of market and design trends with an exceptional eye for style and design
- Experience in a quick moving and cross-functional focused environment
- Excellent project management skills, able to manage multiple priorities at any given time
- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and any related tools
- Strong presentation skills in PowerPoint/Keynote
- Degree in Design or related creative field. (e.g, graphic, visual communications, interaction, product, industrial)
