One of our Real Estate clients is looking for a self-driven, ambitious Account Director to join their team full-time!

This role is an onsite position with many opportunities for career growth. The Account Director will help to manage and grow the company's brand and expansion plans. This is the perfect opportunity for someone that enjoys taking on new business initiatives. This Account Director will serve as the liaison between internal business units & creative team - collaborating on strategies and creativity, and overseeing projects from concept to delivery.

The main responsibilities of the Account Director will be:
Set, manage and drive critical path project dates and deliverables for the in-house advertising team.
P&L; drive department billings to meet or exceed the department income performance. Track and manage project budgets, receivables + payables, vendor bids, etc.
Manage vendor relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal Account Director will have:
5 years of project or account management - preferably within an agency or in-house team
Experience managing creative projects through the process from start to finish
Solid grasp of brand management and maintenance
Results-oriented mindset; the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment

Nice to haves:
Experience touching AR/AP/P&L
