Well-known entertainment client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. This is a 40 hr/week, remote, freelance opportunity that extends up to 15 months. On-site work may be required when offices re-open.

The ideal candidate has experience managing fast-moving, high performing, busy projects and team members. You're well versed in NetDoc and have a strong understanding of working with legal groups.

PROJECT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Define, create and manage project plan/lifecycle including prioritization, implementation, success metrics and criteria to ensure project is within scope, on time and within budget
Evaluate trade-offs between project size and complexity, cost, urgency, and risk
Assess and resolve all high priority project risks as they are encountered
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identifies issues, and devise contingency plans
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and assess the detailed scope, approach, resource requirements, risks, and communications and change management strategies
Lead effective status meetings and status reports to stakeholders

PROJECT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science preferred
8+ years of experience working with enterprise-wide software implementations in complex and large corporate environments
8+ years of experience working with technical applications and/or information systems, or equivalent, including 5+ years in managing technology projects, including vendor application implementation and data migration projects
Experience working with and reporting to key stakeholders
Ability to make effective presentations and communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients and proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels
Ability to anticipate risks and devise solutions in the moment
Proficient with a PM tool, NetDoc, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
