Our client, a higher education institute, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team.

The Project Manager will supervise project management for a base of internal clients and brand management objectives. They are responsible for the overall quality and compliance of work, ensuring goals are met and projects are delivered on time.

Project Manager Responsibilities:
-Oversees client-specific work flows
-Reviews and approves client requests, project briefs, and budgets for all team assignments
-Assesses monthly bandwidth of Art Director, Graphic Designers and provide regular oversight of creative resource allocation
-Develops detailed project plans to track progress and oversee projects of all sizes and budgets from concept to completion
-Ensures project feasibility and manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
-Communicates with stakeholders at all levels to lead kickoff meetings, project reviews, and ongoing project updates

Project Manager Requirements:
-2-3+ years experience
-Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Public Relations or related field
-Proficient in Workfront
-Strong understanding of digital & print workflow process, scheduling, trafficking and project management
-Agency experience
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
