Our client in the technology solutions space is looking for a Project Coordinator to assist their team.

This opportunity is fully remote and welcomes a hybrid schedule working onsite in their Irvine, CA office, requiring 40-hours per week through the end of January, with the possibility to extend based on needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the software, tech, financial or automotive space - but not entirely necessary.

Project Coordinator Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Assist Account Manager and Project Manager
- Help with trafficking of projects, day to day management of Marketing and Advertising Campaigns
- Assist with scheduling within project management system
- Assist with Managing PR and Marketing Content Calendar
- Follow up and communicate with team members on project deadlines
- Communicate with print vendors on scheduling, planning, and payments for campaigns
- Stay in contact with creative and marketing teams
- Create dashboard for weekly and monthly team reports
- 1-3 years of creative project management, marketing, or advertising agency experience
- Proficiency in Workamajig and/or Asana preferred
- Must use personal equipment
