Media Planner - Ongoing Freelance Opportunity

Our advertising client is seeking a Media Planner! This role is 40 hours/week, ongoing.

Media Planner Responsibilities:
- Participate in collaborative team brainstorms to launch plans
- Support team in creating media-specific documentation such as RFPs, Media Plans, Objectives, and strategy decks as well as other related information
- Support the team in analyzing proposals and partner negotiations
- Help set up 3rd party ad server/tracker system and follow through to ensure sites are enabled and functioning properly
- Create campaign post-launch information such as screenshots, links, and placement information for proof of placement for clients
- Enter data in billing systems
- Generate and track insertion orders to reserve advertising space
- Support day-to-day communication with vendors, partner agencies, and creative media/social clients
- Create Performance reports and post campaign analysis

Media Planner Requirements:
- 3-5 years' experience in Media Strategy or Planning with emphasis on Digital media
- Proven ability to drive projects from start to finish
- Ability to communicate to internal managers and clients
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with flexibility and communicate priorities to direct reports
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
