Higher education client is seeking a Project Manager to work with their team on a part-time, 20 hours per week, on-going freelance basis!

Project Manager Duties:
- Manage print, video and digital projects from concept to execution (social videos, promotional videos, print ads, etc.)
- Conduct and lead productive intake, kick-off and review meetings to ensure discussions are productive and result-oriented
- Create project milestones, tasks, schedules, etc. to get a project completed
- Work across departments to ensure project stakeholders' needs are included within the confines of the project and budgetary restrictions
- Communicate clearly and frequently with all project stakeholders to keep them abreast of progress and any potential delays
- Work closely with video, creative and digital teams (producers, writers, designers, web developers) to keep them on task and to identify and prevent potential roadblocks
- Review work to ensure revisions are fully implemented
- Conduct post-mortems and create reports

Requirements:
- 3-5+ years experience
- Agency experience will be good. Higher-ed not required.
- Experience working with all project stakeholders, keeping them informed, leading focused, productive meetings.
- Highly-organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and solid communications skills
-E xperience working in project management systems such as Wrike, Airtable, JIRA
