Our client, a national brand has a need for a Social Media Community Manager onsite for a freelance to full time opportunity.

The ideal candidate is an excellent writer, knows social media inside and out (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and has experience with social outreach to media. You will be responsible for overall social media strategy, including creating campaigns, promotions, contest and reporting back to client on analytics. You will also write and respond to posts and blogs that engage the audience. You will oversee the Social Media campaigns for the brand vision and strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Manage one-to-one consumer communication (product questions, quality concerns, feedback, etc) in digital platforms including Zendesk, Sprout, Facebook and Instagram
+ Manage consumer comments and customer queries in a engaging manner
+ Maintain and communicate approved consumer scripts
+ Process coupon requests in digital platform

REQUIREMENTS:
+ 3+ years' experience working in Social Media Dept.
+ Solid writing, editing and content development skills
+ Experience creating social campaigns and promotions
+ Proficient in social analytics software (i.e. Social Sprout, Social Baker)
