Our client in the tourism/hospitality sector is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.

The ideal candidate will be a professional experienced Marketing Manager with excellent presentation and communication skills to be able to work and collaborate with Senior management team members.

The Main Responsibilities:
-Develop and manage annual meetings and convention marketing plan along with the associated budget

-Develop strategic plan and objectives and presentation of the plan to the Executive Management Team for approval

-Work in partnership with internal leadership teams and brand creative and media agencies to develop convention marketing brand strategy, co-op programs, creative and media plans

-Lead advertising campaigns and work with ad agency and media reps to implement brand and co-op media plans, and evaluate results to ensure effectiveness.

-Lead the effort to provide the sales and services team with highly effective sales tools, collateral, sales presentations, customized bid proposals, and tradeshow/sales mission branding and imagery.

The Main Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university with marketing concentration preferred

-Minimum of 5 years related marketing experience or equivalent combination of education/training and experience
-Previous work in convention/meetings sales industry and/or media buying/digital experience
