Amazon is looking for a Marketing Coordinator / Specialist for a contract role. This is a 4-month position that could extend, to start 40 hours per week, fully remote.

- Manage a high-volume email/text request queue to support ad hoc requests, as well as to pre-compile marketing materials to feed into that queue.
- Use technology and tools to execute lifecycle campaigns and work closely with cross-functional regional marketing teams to optimize marketing campaigns.
- Regularly review metrics and proactively seek out new and improved data/mechanisms for visibility, ensuring your program stays aligned with organization objectives.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance business needs versus constraints

- Associates degree w/ marketing experience
- 2+ years of marketing experience
- Domain expertise with email marketing
- Proficient with email service providers

- Experience managing a reactive, ticket-based request system
- Experience in audience segmentation and targeting
- Retail/Recruitment strategy experience
- Deep analytical abilities, specifically with respect to channel and target customer insights and experiment design
