Our financial services client is looking for a Paid Media Manager to lead their Paid Search campaigns. This position is fully remote but you must work EST.

You must have experience managing paid search budgets of 50k/monthly to be considered for this role.

You must have worked in a highly regulated industry - pharma, financial services, professional services, etc.

Duties of the Paid Media Manager:
- Create, manage and execute digital marketing campaigns (60% Paid Search, 20% Paid Social, 20% SEO)
- Manage all paid media campaigns including campaign strategy, budget management/bid optimization, keywords, copy, testing, optimization and reporting
- Daily account management of Search and Social paid platforms
- Identify opportunities to optimize campaign performance
- Drive lifts in key metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS)
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness and ROI of all paid activities and align with overarching marketing strategy
- Partner with internal stakeholder to develop and optimize strategy

Requirements of the Paid Media Manager:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience in Paid Media (Paid Search, Paid Social)
- Experience managing 50K+ monthly Paid Search budgets
- Expert knowledge of AdWords, Facebook Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, DV360 management
- Experience developing and managing multiple advertising campaigns at one time
- Google AdWords certified
- Experience running paid campaigns for a regulated industry - pharma, legal, financial
