We're seeking a Marketing Manager for a retail company in the home goods industry to join their team full-time.

Please note: You must be local to NC in order to work onsite in the Piedmont region at least 2x per week once restrictions lift in NC.

This Marketing Manager is responsible for launching a brand to a new consumer audience. The primary channels will be digital and social campaigns, as well as partnerships with retail brands and individuals.

Marketing Manager Musts:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience
- Experience with marketing strategy and execution for a new customer / audience / product marketing
- B2C is a must, retail and eCommerce experience is a plus
- You MUST have an intereest for interior design / home goods ! Similar experience isn't necessary, but you have to be interested in the field !
- Experience managing agency partners
- Must be data driven and have experience with research-driven marketing strategy
- Deadline driven, proactive, and excited by a fast-moving brand

Marketing Manager Details:
- Develop end to end marketing strategy to engage an untapped audience
- Using research and competitive analyses, determine brand position to the new audience, as well as how to best interact and engage with them
- Digital and social engagement is a priority
- Brand partnership strategy will include annual planning, prioritizing customers, developing co-marketing programs, and overall driving the end goal of sales
- This is a managerial position, but you will not have direct reports. Instead, you will be expected to act as a leader within the marketing organizations with colleagues in web / digital, brand activation and creatives looking to you for strategic counsel
- Manage vendors and agency partners for campaign execution, metrics tracking, and optimization
