Our education technology client is looking for a Marketing Analyst (CRO) to join their team. This is a full-time position and will be hybrid in the future.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understand in digital marketing.

This role is 50% data analysis and research, testing, and planning.

Duties of the Marketing Analyst (CRO):
- Assist in the building of conversion strategy across the various product offerings - create hypotheses for testing and improving conversion rates
- Leverage data from multiple sources (web, email, down funnel, applications) to analyze and produce actionable insights about the overall customer application process
- Act as a main POC for internal stakeholders to manage product and processes across the organization
- Provide recommendations to improve customer experience based on data
- Mentor jr analyst
- Research, plan, execute and analyze A/B/multivariant testing

Requirements of the Marketing Analyst (CRO):
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, etc
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing analysis
- 2+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization using A/B/Multivariant testing tools
- Experience with Tableau a plus
- 2+ years of Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics experience
- Experience recognizing and using KPIs to prioritize workflow
- Comfortable collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources
- Experience partnering with internal teams to test, build, launch and improve web experiences
