UI/UX Designer - Washington, DC

Our client, a Federal client focused team within the world’s largest digital agency, is looking for a UI/UX Designer to join the team through September 2022.

This role will be onsite (when offices reopen) at their clients office in Washington, DC, 40 hours/week and has the possibility to convert to a full-time employee.

This UI/UX Designer will work closely with internal and external teams designing for a variety of projects by applying Human Centered Design principles to the creation of web and digital experiences for primarily government clients.

UI/UX Designer qualifications:
- 3+ years UX / product design
- Familiarity with and application of usability principles
- Collaboration cross-functional teams (ex. business analysts, developers)
- Communication & client engagement – ability to confidently and clearly present design rationale
- Facilitating/leading design discussions & co-creation sessions (plus)

Skills required:
- UX / Product Design
- Wireframing / Prototyping
- Design iteration

Tool requirements:
- Sketch, Invision Freehand, Adobe Creative Suite
- Abstract, Axure (plus)
