A commercial real estate services company, is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their team. This is a full-time opportunity that starts this month.

The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Operations Manager and work with the marketing team to assist in the creation of marketing flyers, tour packages, updating flyers, maps, aerials, photos for any properties/listing managed by brokers.

The ideal Marketing Coordinator will have commercial real estate marketing experience.

+ Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
+ Effective communicator with strong written and communications skills
+ Prior experience working in CRE platforms ie Buildout experience is a plus
+ Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
+ Highly detailed and organized
+ Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and InDesign)
+ Detailed Oriented

+ Collaborate efforts with marketing team to develop internal processes
+ Coordinate marketing information within all software applications
+ Assist where needed with any other marketing assignments to maintain brand consistency
