Our corporate client in south Charlotte is looking for a Recruitment Marketing Coordinator to join their team!
The Recruitment Marketing Coordinator will support Recruitment Marketing efforts for 9 business units.
Recruitment Marketing Coordinator responsibilities:
- Social media scheduling and posting – bonus if they have copywriting experience and support with drafting social posts.
- Social media and review site monitoring and response
- Stakeholder inbox monitoring and response
- Support diversity event programming – provide branding materials and support recruiters as needed
- Pull reports and analytics from dashboards
- Support recruitment marketing team with additional tasks as needed
Recruitment Marketing Coordinator:
- 1+ year of experience in recruitment marketing
- 2+ years experience in digital and/or social media content or marketing
- Proven track record of social / marketing campaign success
- Enterprise level or large corporate background preferred, open to agency account professional with digital strategy experience
