A major food services company is looking for a Data Analyst with a focus in eCommerce and Digital Growth to join its newly forming eCommerce division. This is a FULL-TIME, HYBRID position that starts in August 2022.

Position is located in Houston and requires 3 days per week in the office.

The Data Analyst will help bring new eCommerce & digital products, services, and programs to market. This role will focus heavily on data analytics.

The ideal candidate is someone who is a data analyst. They are someone who can download, structure, and analyze data with other members of the team. They will collect data from various sources and then manipulate the data & will structure it.

They need to be comfortable with large amounts of data. The ideal person is someone who will not be nervous handling BIG AMOUNTS OF DATA, and be able to merge them together. The ideal candidate is someone skilled in data visualization, and are able to put it on a platform so that it can be looked at on dashboards.

+ Analyzing and organizing data for various customers
+ Contribute to development of end-to-end customer experience for new programs and provide program requirements to technology teams to build eCommerce and/or digital experience
+ Collaborate with pricing, merchandising, and enterprise analytics teams to define and execute pricing and any merchandising strategies
+ Work with marketing to develop go-to-market plan, marketing campaigns, and content to support commercialization.
+ Work cross-functionally with supply chain management and operating sites to plan for and execute operations and logistics necessary to support any new offerings, as well as ensure strong change management with any operational implications

+ Bachelor's degree
+ 3-7 years of experience contributing to the introduction of new eCommerce products or services across launch, pilot, and scale-up phases for large B2B or B2C companies
+ Experience at Fortune 500 companies across functional areas, such as digital, merchandising, pricing, supply chain, operations, etc.
+ Experience with some elements of building new customer programs from the ground up, which could include product and/or service development, end-to-end digital and customer experience, go-to-market and pilot design, and collaboration with cross-functional team to launch, pilot, and scale
+ Strong data analytical skills and proven experience developing and using tools to analyze large, complex data sets to drive decisions
