A top energy company is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join its team. This is a FREELANCE, 40 hour/week assignment.

The ideal Marketing Coordinator will provide project management and creative development support of marketing programs and campaigns for the company.

The Marketing Coordinator will work cross-functionally with stakeholders and internal teams to ensure alignment.

Bachelors Degree in marketing or related field
3+ years experience in marketing, advertising, account planning, brand management or related field
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent project management skills, with task and deadline orientation
Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent relationship-building & interpersonal skills; collaborate across departments and organizations
Willing to jump in wherever help is needed
Ability to coordinate with diverse work groups
Ability to multitask and work successfully in a matrix organization with competing priorities
Experience with subscription-based industry (electricity, cable, internet, etc.) a plus
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Be responsible for customer correspondence and fulfillment marketing materials, print and digital, for all markets
Obtain requirements from internal clients on marketing initiatives, create project briefs, and brief the internal creative team on the projects
Manage timelines and milestones for individual projects to ensure projects stay on track
Present assets for reviews to internal stakeholders, obtain feedback, and clearly communicate feedback to the internal creative team
Work with external print vendor to coordinate printing process including approving creative proofs and balancing inventory levels when creative updates are needed.
Manages and organizes the email and print marketing asset inventory library.
Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams such as Operations and Customer Experience to ensure creative materials are up to date and provide ideal customer experience
Must think about consumer engagement and overall customer experience and is an advocate for the consumer.
Deliver relevant campaign reports and present insights to keep larger organization abreast of marketing activities.
Demonstrate a thorough knowledge and understanding of the industry, business, competitors and brand.
