A health education organization is looking for a Marketing Strategist to join their tram. This is full-time, hybrid opportunity with 2 days onsite each week.

The Marketing Strategist will be responsible for strategic evaluation and planning and tactical execution of marketing activities, including advertising, collateral development, digital marketing and content creation/assessment for a variety of patient care related service lines and the institution as a whole.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Develops marketing objectives based on strategic priorities of the organization and creates a cohesive collateral plan around those objectives
+ Writes ad copy and assists with design for advertisements (print, digital, direct mail, etc.)
+ Writes general collateral materials (patient/clinical content) which can be used for digital, print, etc.
+ Conducts regular competitive landscape assessments to ensure marketing initiatives are well positioned in the marketplace
+ Facilitates contractual agreements with third-party vendors and ensures deliverables including planning, execution, measurement and reporting
+ Collaborates with internal audiences to develop creative concepts that further the strategic marketing objectives for the institution and the patient care service line.
+ Helps develop and execute integrated marketing plans for clinical services
+ Works with representatives from Health System, Education and Research missions as needed
+ Adheres to internal controls and reporting structure

The ideal Marketing Strategist will have strong communication and collaboration skills, an ability to understand what is driving marketing performance, a proven ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines at once, and the expertise to review data to identify key themes and insights.

REQUIREMENTS:
+ Bachelor's degree
+ 3+ years experience in public/media relations, marketing, journalism or related field
+ Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals
+ Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
+ Experience in the development and execution of integrated marketing and communications plans
+ Demonstrates project management skills and the ability to manage marketing projects through its entire life cycle, from concept to launch
+Clear knowledge of marketing and communications tools, including digital, print, direct mail, new media, outdoor, television, radio
+ Understands and supports the importance of brand identity in development and deployment of marketing collateral across platforms
+ Experience tracking, analyzing and reporting results of marketing/social media campaigns
Ability to work effectively and directly with people at all levels of the organization
+ Must be able to work independently and collaboratively to prioritize and drive multiple projects forward
+ Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign and Photoshop is a plus
