An awarded advertising agency in Houston is looking for a bilingual Project Manager who is fluent in Spanish. This is a REMOTE, FULL-TIME role that starts in May.
The ideal candidate is Houston based as the team plans to become Hybrid later this year.
The ideal Project Manager is has a proven experience as a managing marketing and creative projects and is comfortable planning and assigning project deliverables.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PROJECT MANAGER:
+ Plan and schedule creative project timelines and milestones
+ Direct and manage creative project development from beginning to end
+ Work within agency standard operating procedures
+ Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers
+ Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
REQUIREMENTS OF THE PROJECT MANAGER:
+ 5+ years experience
+ Fluent in Spanish is a MUST
+ Experience in project management / trafficking
+ Knowledge of the creative process
+ Ability to manage multiple projects at once
+ Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize
+ Proven ability to solve problems creatively
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills
+ Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
+ Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
