A leading retailer is looking for a Senior Front End Developer to join their team. This is an ONSITE, FULL-TIME role in Katy, TX.

The ideal Senior Front End Developer will have the ability to strategically solve complex problems and is an expert in React.

The Senior Front End Developer will be able to lead, empower, coach, and mentor designers and developers in executing project work and has the ability to collaborate with team members an Agile framework

+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent years of related work experience required
+ 5+ years of web design & development experience required
+ Portfolio of web samples
+ Ability to own CX projects end-to-end, transforming flat designs to functional front-end code
+ Effective communicator
+ Proficient in HTML5 & CSS; Writing JavaScript code using a framework such as Angular, React.js, Vue.js
+ Experience using UI frameworks such as Bootstrap, Semantic UI, Office Fabric UI, and Material Design.
+ Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite products
+ Experience leveraging A/B testing, multivariant, and personalization tools (Kibo, Monetate, Optimizely, Maxymizer)
+ Cross-platform experience - desktop, tablet, and mobile with a mobile-first focus

+ Lead team through empowerment, mentoring and coaching to deliver design and development results.
+ Provides technical direction and vision. Guides short-term or work-specific goals for a team monitoring progress on deliverables.
+ Provide resources, training, and direction for team members to drive continuity & efficiency in the process.
+ Partner with Product Management and become an expert in critical tools used by the broader team to deliver a best-in-class experience for our customers.
+ Identify, track, and communicate risks for design and technical implementation.
+ Providing feedback or performance within the scope of individual contributors' tasks and implementation.
+ Lead agency and contract resources to execute development and design business objectives.
+ Works with cross-team leadership to understand strategic roadmap and assists in defining and sizing epics, stories, tasks, and sub-task for team delegation
+ Consistently seek ways to improve the customer experience by designing and implementing efficiency improvement initiatives, policies and procedures.
+ Leverage personalization tools improving customer experience journey.
