A top energy company is looking for three Digital Product Owners to join its team. This is a remote, freelance assignment that starts in January 2022 for 40 hours per week.

The Digital Product Owner will lead a team focused on optimizing a consumer-facing websites or mobile app.

The Digital Product Owner will successfully champion digital product improvements, with responsibilities that span from idea development and prioritization to post-launch analysis.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Works with cross-functional teams define and shape the product requirements and identify dependencies.
Crafts epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria that are required to turn the vision into delivered products.
Ensure development team understands product objectives helps identify and remove blockers.
Acts as primary conduit for feedback about current and planned product features.
Outline and maintain product roadmap
Develops and maintains appropriate tracking and reporting of product key metrics to confirm product performance for existing and new features.
Seeks out data insights to produce actionable outcomes for evolving the mobile app product; conducts product and competitive research to help shape short and long-term strategy.
Conducts regular sessions with stakeholders for effective information sharing
Define and track success metrics for each project from scope to launch.
Report KPI analytics and executive-level updates to cross-functional teams and various stakeholders.
Leverage data insights to evolve products and digital experiences to align with best practices.
Work in an Agile environment and continuously collaborate with stakeholders
Partner with resources to ensure consistent strategy and best practices implementation.
Work with customer-facing teams to create and communicate strategy related to the self-service user experience, support, and monitoring for customers.
Periodically support other teams with analytics, troubleshooting, and testing.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree
Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen
High degree of organization, team development, and personal accountability
Proactive, self-starter with excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
Proven track record of delivering data-driven strategy and solutions with a customer-first mindset
Energy experience preferred, but not required
Highly proficient with the agile methodology and skilled in agile software development processes, such as Scrum, Kanban or Scaled Agile (SAFe)
Familiarity with Azure Dev-ops (ADO) and Miro preferred
Proven ability to deliver convincing business case recommendations to senior management.
Experience in using data and metrics via Adobe Analytics to validate assumptions and assertions of business value
Inquiring mindset, for continuously seeking out opportunities for product improvement
