Our agency client is seeking a fully remote Creative Director to lead creative direction and branding across clients in the nonprofit, advocacy, healthcare, and government sectors.

The Creative Director must be fully bilingual in Spanish and English and have a strong design portfolio.

Creative Director Responsibilities:
- Lead strategy and creative vision for corporate and media brands.
- Manage internal teams through ideation and execution of innovative creative campaigns, analyzing market data to maximize performance.
- Utilize strong experience creating bicultural advertising campaigns to deliver strong advertising campaigns for clients and stakeholders.
- Lead creative and production teams, providing design support and mentorship to ensure success.

Creative Director Requirements:
- 8+ years of professional experience with 3+ years leading creative direction for brands
- Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
- Experience in an agency strongly preferred.
