Our Boston-based client, a startup backed by a large financial institution, is looking for a full time Product Marketing Manager to join their team.

The Product Marketing Manager will report directly to the CMO and work cross functionally to help shape, launch and market products to enhance the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities include:
- Manage and support the development of the brand and product positioning (new features, products, etc.)
- Build and manage a suite of resources for current and new customers
- Manage the onboarding of new clients as well as feature adoption, education and release management
- Manage development of employee and employer marketing materials
- Partner with other teams (product, sales, operations, etc) to gain insights and coordinate new product launches

The ideal Product Marketing Manager will have:
- 4+ years experience in a Product Marketing role (B2B & tech experience is a major plus)
- Exceptional project management skills and working cross functionally
- Must be a self starter and able to prioritize
- Comfortable with analytics and reporting
