Our client, a tech company helping to deliver the best apps to leading brands, is looking for a Community Marketing Manager to help strategize, plan and ultimately, launch their customer advocacy platform.

As the Community Marketing Manager you will be working directly with the Senior Manager of Marketing and be tasked with:
- Research available portal/platform options and provide recommendation
- Build out content of a customer survey
- Develop a strategic communication/content calendar aimed at customers through this new portal
- Strategize and brainstorm with team to come up with portal name, how to talk about it, etc.

This new community platform will be used to engage with customers through virtual contests, webinars, rewards programs, workshops, activities, etc.

The ideal Community Marketing Manager will have:
- Experience working in a Marketing role (Customer Marketing/Advocacy is a major plus!!)
- Experience drafting customer-facing content whether its web, social, etc.
- Working knowledge of Marketo & Salesforce (or similar platforms) is a plus!

This is an onsite opportunity, 20 hours per week for starters, but has potential to ramp up to a full 40 hours, weekly.
