Our media client in Arlington, VA is looking for a Motion Graphics Designer to join their team on a temp to perm contract. This position is 37.5 hours a week - currently ONSITE 2 days a week - and will be 100% ONSITE in the future.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knack for storytelling and translating complex ideas into digestible videos.

Duties of the Motion Graphics Designer:
- Work with subject matter experts to understand product offerings and translate the content into 30 to 90 second long videos
- Concept and storyboard 2D and 3D animated videos
- Create 30 to 90 second long animated product videos
- Present videos to internal stakeholders for review and feedback
- Assist with video shoots as needed
- Design and animate vector illustrations, graphs, typography, etc
- Add lower thirds and animations to video footage
- Ensure all animated videos meet brand standards

Requirements of the Motion Graphic Designer:
- Bachelor's degree in animation, motion graphics, etc
- 4+ year of motion graphics and animation experience
- Agency experience highly preferred
- Expert knowledge of Adobe CC - After Effect, Animate, Premier, Illustrator
- Knowledge of Cinema 4D a plus
