Our client, a large, Boston-based company in the education and travel space, is seeking a full time Loyalty & Retention Marketing Manager to shape and build its loyalty and retention marketing programs.

The Loyalty & Retention Marketing Manager will report directly to the Director of CRM Marketing and will play an integral part in supporting the clients growth and retention goals, drawing insights from reports / analytics in support of campaign strategy and recommendations.

In addition to constructing and executing lifecycle consumer marketing campaigns (direct mail, email, phone), the Loyalty & Retention Marketing Manager will manage the loyalty and referral programs in order to nurture existing customers into repeat customers and loyal advocates.

The ideal Loyalty & Retention Marketing Manager has:
-- 4-5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, customer loyalty programs, and/or B2C marketing campaign management
-- strong attention to detail as well as communication skills
-- ability to execute independently while successfully influencing / collaborating with cross-functional teams
-- experience with pulling reports, analytics, and insights from Tableau is a plus!
