Our client, an educational publishing company located North of Boston, is looking for a full time Digital Marketing Manager to join their Marketing & Customer Success team.

The Digital Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Marketing and work to develop and tell the their compelling story to the market and increase awareness and overall digital engagement.

Responsibilities include:
- Developing and project managing demand generation campaigns
- Partnering with web and product teams to manage the corporate website's content as the foundation for demand generation, thought leadership and brand building
- Implementing techniques and processes for segmentation, testing and optimization
- Ensuring all digital initiatives meet and exceed business objectives
- Collaborating and working across teams to develop and align the content strategy roadmap

The ideal Marketing Manager will have:
- 4+ years experience in a marketing communications role (with strong emphasis on digital)
- Experience with demand generation and lead nurturing tactics across various channels (email, social, paid media, earned media, SEO, etc.)
- Relevant experience with web content management systems, analytics and marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot, etc.)
- General understanding of Google Analytics
- Strategic thinking and understanding of planning campaigns and working with teams to meet goals
- Strong communication and ability to express opinions is a must
- Interest and good sense of writing capabilities
- Higher-ed experience is a major plus*

This role is full time, onsite at their newly renovated campus north of Boston. They provide a shuttle service for those that live in the city too!
