Our client in Laurel, MD is looking for a Marketing and Events Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.

Marketing and Events Manager Responsibilities:
-Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, PR/advertising, and other marketing efforts across channels online and offline channels.
-Work with a Graphic Designer, Marketing Specialist and Marketing Director to create strategies and campaigns to entice the target audience to return onsite for live, in person sporting events.
-Creating content, promotions, emails, drip campaigns, and promotions and report back on the success of the campaigns and increased traffic.
-Create promotional materials and Coordinate vendors and registration for events
-Act as a project manager to outsource design and marketing collateral to the Graphic Designer to create deliverables for specific events and promotions.

Marketing and Events Manager Requirements:
3+ years of experience
-Knowledge of sports and entertainment events industry
-Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop to edit photos for campaigns as needed.
-Must be able to work the schedule Tuesday - Saturday 9am - 6pm, working 2-3 days onsite in Laurel, MD

-hybrid- start off onsite, work 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. Schedule will be Tuesday - Saturday (normal business hours) 9am - 6pm.
