Our client is a growing Advertising Agency located in South Carolina. They focus on TV broadcast advertising. They are seeking a permanent Production Manager.

The Production Manager will take lead on all productions and reports to the founder.

The Production Manager's responsibilities:
- Plan,create and run production schedules
- Estimate production costs, set / manage budgets
- Lead status updates on progress
- Foresight into potential hiccups prior to production
- Determine resources needed and hire
- Determine equipment needed for each shoot
- Mastery of lighting, sound, shooting and editing
- Assist with lighting, sound, shooting and editing if needed
- Manage the creative process from start to finish

The best fit will have 5+ years in broadcast production or commercial shoots. Understanding how to plan/manage a shoot to be profitable is key. Must be willing wear a few hats and be a team player.
