Our agency client in Washington, DC is looking for a Project Manager with AGENCY experience to join their team full time.

This role will require you to work in their office 2-3 days/week.

This Project Manager MUST HAVE experience leading branding projects, complex and integrated ad campaigns and website builds.

The ideal Project Manager will have experience working in an agency environment, be adept at interpreting requests from account managers and clients and possess the right temperament to manage fast moving and sometimes, shifting project needs and timelines.

Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage creative and digital projects through their full lifecycle—including scope, requirements gathering, budgeting, resourcing, design, development, and implementation—and ensure that they are delivered on time and on budget.
- Move creative forward by ensuring the right resources are assigned and all necessary parties are informed of the latest developments regarding the project’s status and goals, especially around objectives, budget and schedule.
- Explain details of the process to both technical and non-technical stakeholders from beginning to end of the project.
- Create, maintain, and distribute standard project documents, e.g., schedule, budget, resource allocation, status reports.
- Clearly communicate project deadlines to each team member and the client keep timelines and project plans up to date, identifying process gaps, workflow improvement, new resource needs (talent or vendors), and potential problems.
- Set up and kick off meetings between relevant parties (from creative, account, paid, digital, and client teams) for creative reviews, brainstorms for deliverables or to assess workflow.

Project Manager Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management experience in an PR, advertising or branding agency
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Supreme attention to detail with understanding of creative process
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of cross-media ad specs for digital is preferred
- Bachelors degree
- PM certification is preferred
