Our retail client has an immediate need for an eCommerce Analyst to join their team at a full-time capability. Must live in Raleigh or Charlotte. Customized relocation package provided.

The eCommerce Analyst is the SME on customer portals and working cross functionally to establish content for all sites such as Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Lowes and Amazon. Additionally, you will oversee eCommerce item set-up and provide analysis on pricing, promotions and forecasting.

- Bachelor's Degree in business or Marketing
- 5+ years experience working with retailer portals like Item360, IDM, Dart, Retail Link, Vendor Central
- Syndigo or 1WorldSync experience
- Significant experience owning eCommerce item set-up
- Proficient in Excel, ability to build and manipulate pivot tables, vlookups
- Retail math acumen
- Some travel may be required

Item Set-Up (Launch and Ongoing) - 70%
- Lead new product upload processes, content updating and fill out internal pricing requirements in customer portals
- Build and maintain centralized place for all product set-up information and work with multiple sources to collect product specifics, marketing copy, product images and literature to on-board new and update existing products on retailer's web portals
- Ensure cross-functional teams and stakeholders are on track for launch date expectations and escalate any delays
- Work with Account Managers, Customer Services and Retailers to troubleshoot and resolve inquires
- Perform ongoing maintenance for retailers to correct product descriptions, images, specs, etc.
- Use data and analysis to ensure all skus are optimized for search

Analytics and Ad Hoc Projects - 30%
- Conduct marketplace audit ensuring 1P and 3P assortments are represented with astounding content
- Assist eCommerce Director in pricing submissions and monthly forecasting process
- Assist eCommerce Director in promotional calendar build out across Amazon and
- Become SME of eCommerce Market Share dashboard, sharing findings and insights with eComm Team
- Analyze data and identify findings within and Amazon POS data
