Our client, a Federal client focused team within the world’s largest digital agency, is looking for a Visual Designer to join their their team for a long-term contract, with possibility to go full-time!

By taking the best practices from advertising agencies, design firms, and innovation think tanks, this team uses their process to develop world class, far reaching, and winning digital campaigns.

This Visual Designer will work closely with internal and external teams designing for a variety of projects by applying Human Centered Design principles to the creation of web and digital experiences for primarily government clients.

Visual Designer Qualifications:
- 3+ year experience designing digital products, including complex web or mobile applications; Agency experience a HUGE plus
- Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (XD, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Sketch, and InVision required; Knowledge of Figma, Abstract, Mural and/or PowerPoint a plus
- Must be comfortable presenting and articulating rationale for design choices and approach
- Bachelor of Arts in graphic design, visual communication or related fields is preferred
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS or Experience using motion graphics tools such as Adobe After Effects a HUGE plus
