Our Agency client in Baltimore, MD is looking for a Digital Strategist to join their team on a full time basis.

**This is a remote role until mid September. The company is working to implement a hybrid schedule that will include 1-3 workdays onsite in the Fall of 2021**

Digital Strategist Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for the agency’s clients, including: paid search, social media, and/or SEO/SEM and PPC campaigns, branding and more.
-Complete competitive and industry research to identify digital marketing opportunities
-Work with 3-5 clients at any given time. Conceptualize and create digital marketing campaigns from brainstorming ideas, all the way to providing the final deliverables and tracked results.
-Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments by delegating specific tasks to the creative teams (i.e. videos, infographics, designs for social media, content creation and more).
-Analyze results. Monitor, track and report back on findings. Implement new strategies to improve metrics, drive traffic and increase ROI.


Digital Strategist Requirements:
-3-6+ years of experience.
-Must have advanced/expert knowledge of Google Ads
-Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM
-Must have expert knowledge in one or more secondary platforms (Linkedin , Facebook ads etc.)
-Must be a Google Analytics expert (conversion, tracking Google Ads and more).
-Must be able to talk in depth about personal experience and successes with digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
-Experience with at least one of the following: Bing Ads, Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, Instagram Advertising, Pinterest Ads, Twitter Ads & Google/Adobe Analytics

Bonus Skills:
-Working knowledge of YouTube ads is preferred, not required.
-Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager preferred, not required.
-e-commerce industry experience preferred, not required.
