Our media client focused on higher education is looking for a talented Sr. Designer to join their team on a temporary to full-time contract. This position is currently REMOTE and would move ONSITE to their Washington, DC office in the future.

Duties of the Sr. Designer:
- Work closely with the Creative Director to concept, evolve and design the visual identity of the brand and products
- Pitch and mock up campaign concepts to stakeholders
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop concepts for new business presentations
- Work with creative team and client to develop concepts and execute creative collateral for campaigns
- Understand the business goals and initiatives for campaigns
- Create final version designs and layouts for print, digital ads, websites, social media, infographics, brochures, event materials
- Art direct the work of junior team members
- Design landing pages and evolve design based on A/B testing findings
- Design collateral for lead generation campaigns for specific target audiences
- Manage project from conception through delivery
- Create and update digital medial kits, websites, presentations etc

Requirements of the Sr. Designer:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Animation, UX, etc
- 6+ years of agency, in-house or hands on design experience
- Portfolio showcasing a wide range of collateral including multiple pieces of a single campaign
- Experience presenting to stakeholders
- Experience concepting and executing print and digital collateral
- Expert knowledge of Adobe CC - Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, XD
- Experience designing email and landing pages
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS highly preferred
