Our in house agency client, with clients in the Federal space, is looking for a UX Content Strategist to join their team full time. This opportunity is 100% remote.


This UX Content Strategist will provide content strategy and information architecture guidance for a federal digital public health project. This role focuses on content structure and informing UX design, not on content development/writing.

UX Content Strategist responsibilities:
- Conduct content inventories, audits, page description diagrams, navigation labels, headings, and similar deliverables related to structuring content within a CMS for appropriate front-end display
- Help UX designers and content writers understand what content elements are necessary for different types of content or page templates
- Respond to ad hoc client requests to adapt content and IA deliverables or CMS components to changing needs

UX Content Strategist qualifications:
- 3-6 years of experience in a content or information architecture role working within content management systems (Drupal experience is a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree
- MUST be comfortable in client-facing roles
- A strong understanding of content strategy and IA best practices relevant to large websites with many stakeholders and user groups
- Understanding of on-page search engine optimization (SEO) tactics involving metadata
