Our professional association client in Alexandria, VA is looking for a Marketing Technology Analyst to join their team.

This position is remote on Mondays and ONSITE in Alexandria, VA Tuesday - Friday.

The ideal candidate will have experience utilizing databases to create a personalized experience across the website and email campaigns.

Experience working with Salesforce Interaction Studio is a huge plus.

Duties of the Marketing Technology Analyst:

- Develop and execute personalized campaigns through the analysis of customer data and utilization of marketing automation tools

- Partner with internal teams to define business goals, launch campaigns to drive acquisition, conversion, retention, and engagement

- Implement, manage, and organize the data, insights, and business rules in personalization technology like Salesforce Interaction Studio

- Architect and create an environment to match marketing and operational data to create meaningful insights

- Match lead segmentation and lead journey efforts to database segmentation to create targetable audience lists

- Design and develop scalable middleware applications to complete system integrations

- Leverage data to drive web personalization

- Review and conduct QA checks on data from implemented technology

- Work with Marketing and Tech team to develop and standardize reports

- Build complex database queries against Boolean, string, data, and integer database fields using AND, OR, NOT, EQUALS, and date logic operators

- Build relational database queries use one-to-many and many-to-many relationships

- Maintain marketing automation and personalization databases

Requirements of the Marketing Technology Analyst:

- 5+ years of experience working in marketing technologies, personalization, or data analysis

- Bachelor's degree in Marking, Business, Data - or extensive experience in related field is required

- Working experience with Salesforce Interaction Studio (formerly Evergage) highly preferred

- Exposure to predictive analytics and machine learning-based recommendations

- Google Analytics certifications preferred

- Knowledge of HTML and CSS

- Understanding of programming concepts including variables, order of operations, logic operators, inner and outer database joins.
