Our outdoor sports agency client is looking for a Paid Media Specialist with experience in paid social and working in sports marketing to join their team for an temp to full time opportunity!

This Paid Media Specialist will spearhead the development and execution of social campaigns for assigned clients including planning, deployment of ads, budget management, campaign optimization, audience testing, reporting, etc.

In this role this Paid Media Specialist will be:
- Activating, managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns on social media platforms, including Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, as well a Paid Search via Google Ads and programmatic display campaigns
- Management of daily platform activities in adherence to frequency requirements, desired engagement and overall performance.
- Analysis and development of insights to inform the creation of optimal content and assets.
- Reporting on daily/weekly pacing and progress of tactics toward monthly/quarterly/annual target performance metrics.
- Working directly with clients or client service teams to understand the needs and business objectives of the clients marketing strategy.
- Partnering with cross-disciplinary teams to identify opportunities for clients to drive better results through digital media campaigns.

Paid Media Specialist qualifications:
- 3+ years of social media execution experience
- Hands-on experience working on campaigns for owned channels and platforms at an agency or within an organization in a marketing capacity
- Effective and confident communication skills, with the ability to explain your work and thought process to internal and external clients
Must be proficient with Google Ads, Google Analytics,Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, channels and ad platforms
- Working knowledge and proficiency in multiple media ad buying platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Google Ads, and Programmatic DSP’s
- Preferred Experience/Certifications: Google Ads, Google Analytics, AdWords but not required
