Our client, a major shoe manufacturer is looking for an ECOMMERCE MANAGER to join their team!

In this role, responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Developing and implementing all web promotional strategy and content such as discounts, vouchers and product promotions that drive customer traffic
- Maximizing online sales performance (i.e., conversion rate, average order value, units per transaction) with a focus on improving customer experience
- Working closely with Marketing to develop homepage banner calendar and define creative briefs. Work with developer to schedule, upload, and analyze banners
- Tracking, analyzing and reporting pricing/promotional performance (look-to-buy ratio, order volume, average order basket size, margin impact, banner click rate, etc)
- Overseeing all promotional updates, including testing, creating on-site promotional banners, and ensuring all supporting content is ready for launch
- Setting up all promotions in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (a.k.a. Demandware) - so previous knowledge required, nice to have.

The IDEAL candidate will have 3-5+ years experience in Ecommerce or website retail/ merchandising from a B2C and/or fashion brand. You must have the ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment with an expertise to translate shopper insights and unique strategies into key action plans. Salesforce exposure is desired.
