Our professional association client in Alexandria, VA is looking for a Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join their team. It's an exciting opportunity to drive the demand generation strategies and the execution of the go-to market activities.

The ideal Demand Generation Marketing Manager with proven results building audience centric campaigns, engaging B2B organizations, and C-level decision makers.

Duties of the Demand Generation Marketing Manager:
- Develop, implement and lead the execution of marketing engagement programs targeting enterprise accounts/c-levels through the sales cycle
- Utilize data to deliver highly customized user journeys and personalize campaigns at a large scale
- Partner with Sales team to develop target account criteria, outbound prospecting strategy, inbound lead nurturing programs, and sales enablement assets
- Develop and deploy tactics to identify and engage buyers earlier in the process and shorten the sales funnel
- Based on capture and reported data provide recommendations to optimize campaigns
- Develop research and relevant thought leadership to executive level prospects
- Conduct A/B testing to improve strategies
- Grow the accessible audience and increase B2B engagement

Requirements of the Demand Generation Marketing Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, etc
- 8+ years of marketing experience in a demand generation, lead generation role
- 3+ years of experience managing a team
- Experience developing omni-channel marketing campaigns focused to B2B or enterprise level clients
- Deep understanding of B2B marketing and executive level communications
- Experience utilizing marketing automation tools for sales enablement, account based marketing, etc
- Knowledge of Marketo is preferred
- Knowledge of Salesforce is preferred
