Our membership focused association client in Washington, DC is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join their team. This position is direct hire and will be ONSITE in the future.

You must have Marketo experience to be considered for this role. Your role will be focused on managing the database, building and executing campaigns.

Duties of the Marketing Operations Specialist:
- Build omni-channel digital campaigns to acquire, engage and convert leads using Marketo
- Identify target audience segments and personas within the database based on strategy
- Develop briefing docs/project plans, outline measurable goals/objective, and tasks/process for projects - timelines, resource requirements, deliverables
- Set benchmarks for campaigns, performance trends, ROI
- Compile and analyze data and campaign results to provide recommendations on areas of improvement
- Utilize Marketo best practices to maximize campaign reach
- Develop surveys,questionaires, reports, daashboards, and metrics.
- Oversee placement of digital ads, product schedules and development of marketing collateral related to campaigns
- Manage relationships with vendors - researches, writers, advertisers
- Ensure branding policies and guidelines are followed
- Assist with events logistics as needed

Requirements of the Marketing Operations Specialist:
- 3+ years of experience executing/managing email campaigns
- Bachelors degree
- Experience managing campaigns with Marketo
- Passionate about scientific advancements
