Social Media Coordinator - WFH during Covid-19

Our non-profit client in Washington, DC is looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join their team on a 20 hour a week contract for the next three months with possible extension.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about women's health issues including female contraception, abortion, etc.

Duties of the Social Media Coordinator:
- Create content for social media channels editorial calendars
- Track and report on ROI for social media campaigns
- Upload content to the blog and optimize SEO best practices
- Manage and execute email marketing campaigns and report on click through/open rates
- Buy ads on facebook and google
- Create social media graphics
- Update website content
- Work closely with internal team members to run an organic social media campaign based on preset strategy
- Conduct a/b testing for social media campaigns

Requirements of Social Media Specialist:
- 3+ years of experience managing social media platforms
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, etc
- Experience building editorial calendars
- Experience buying social media
- Experience with Google Analytics, SEO
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Interest in world health issues a plus
