Our tech client in looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to support their team, remotely, 40 hours/week for the next 2-3 months.

This Marketing Operations Manager will manage the execution, integration, monitoring, and analysis of marketing initiatives; ensuring that marketing efforts are implemented, tracked, and reported on in a seamless manner allowing the team to make insightful, data-driven decisions.

Marketing Operations Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead setup and integration of CRM, marketing automation, and other digital tools used to support Marketing initiatives
Manage implementation of marketing initiatives including A/B testing, promotional offer and lead gen overlays, tag management, etc.)
- Support operations of Marketing initiatives by maintaining audience/target lists, creating tracking URLs, tracking assets, data integration, reporting, and ongoing Q&A Support
- CRM operations by maintaining workflows, permissions, and campaign tracking
- Provide project management support for Marketing and cross-team initiatives
- Manage and maintain relationships with key marketing technology vendors

Marketing Operations Manager Qualifications:
- 4+ years directly relevant marketing operations experience
- Experience in lead gen marketing environment is strongly preferred
- Experience implementing, operating, and tracking performance for email marketing and lead gen marketing campaigns; Marketo or similar robust tool experience
- Experience with reporting on marketing performance, analyzing data, and communicating insights; Google Analytics
- Familiarity with conversion optimization and A/B testing concepts
Experience in marketing automation systems and CRM and integrating those systems with other technologies; familiarity with Salesforce is required (will act as administrator), Hubspot preferred
